DIY Dry Erase Board

Sorry I was MIA yesterday.

We had a Super Bowl party Sunday and it got a tish bit out of hand.

I’m still recovering.

I did this little project this weekend.  It took 2.5 seconds.

Husband has a mini office in our bedroom.

He is a nutty professor and uses 23,405 post its to remember things.

Cut to me pulling my hair out cuz my bedroom is covered in a billion post its.

So I asked him if he could please stop using post its all the effing time and use a white board instead.

He agreed.

I still have some style though and I wasn’t about to hang a fugly white board above the desk.

I’m not sure where I saw this idea.  Probably Pinterest.  But it was the first thing that popped into my head when I was thinking of white board alternatives.

Supplies:
1 frame with glass
paper or fabric
chalk

I drew pinstripes on my paper but you could draw any pattern.

Then put the paper in the frame.

Are you wondering why I’m even explaining this ridiculously simple project to you?

Me too.

Here’s the final product.

I’m encouraging Husband to use this little dry erase board by leaving dry erase markers all over his desk.

… And hiding all the post its.
