Then come back.

It’s ok… I’ll wait.

You’re back? Great.  (ps I hope you win!)

Husband and I ventured out into the city for a little thrifting.

It didn’t go so well.

Goodwill prices here are outrageous.

$30 for a no name blazer?  Pretty sure I can get a new one for that price.

And I’m tired of seeing Forever 21 stuff priced at $10.  You realize I’m a thrifty mcthrifterson and could find a new dress/shirt/shorts for less than that with coupon codes…. right?

The day wasn’t a complete loss though.  I got to wear my new dress from H&M and tulips were blooming on Broadway.

The Deets:
Dress: H&M
Sweater: American Eagle, thrifted from Goodwill in Houston for $1 (THAT is what it should cost… ahem… I’m talking to you, people at the Goodwill in nyc)
Tights: Gift from my seester
Boots: American Living, purchased at JC Penney
Purse: Bueno, purchased at TJ Maxx
Necklace: Vintage, purchased at Village Scandal

This dress is dangerous in the wind.

At least I had tights on.

But leggings would have been better.

Tights aren’t exactly opaque around the booty region.
