Day 1 in NYC = Frustrating

I’m currently in NYC with functioning internet. Thanks to our awesomely accommodating friends J&N.

I had planned to post some awesome apartment pictures from my showings today.

But alas, there are none to show.

Let me tell you a sad story:

I boarded a 5:15 am flight and hit the ground running with the apartment search.

And then it came to a screeching halt.

Budget + 2 dogs + Need to move ASAP = 2 apartments in the whole upper west side that meet our requirements.

2 measly teeny tiny, 5 flights up apartments.

No bueno.

So now we are regrouping.

Reassessing our options.

And we have to do it quickly.

Which is why I have a bowl sized glass of wine in front of me and Husband on Google chat.

This is serious shiz.

The good news is, I’m still confident in this move.  I know its the right thing.

I’m really hoping that I have some pics to show you tomorrow.
