50s Housewife
I’ve given you sneak peeks of this outfit.
Since I know you all want to see it again desperately, this is the full outfit post.
I have been on a 50s rockabilly/shirt dress craze lately.
I found this one on Etsy for a decent price so I added it to my ‘favorites’ and moved on.
2 seconds later, I got an email from the seller saying she’d give me 25% off the dress if I wanted it.
I can’t turn down a sale….
The dress came and its a tish bit longer than I wanted (fixable) and the top is a little baggy (sorta fixable.)
But it did come with a free set of clip on earrings.

This turned out to be the perfect boating outfit.
It was hotter than Houston out and this dress kept me nice and cool.
It does happen to be see through, though.
I had to improvise and take a shell from another dress and wear it under this one.
I’d rather have a nice breezy slip but you do what you’ve gotta do in a pinch.
I recently noticed that I happen to own quite a few (3) see-through-ish dresses.
Is that odd?
Am I subconsciously a voyeur?
I surely hope not.
Anyway…
