Day 7 of 30: Drinks and Dancing

First time I wore this outfit my husband says “I like that outfit.  It looks like that girl from sex and the city”

Um. ok. sorta. 

I wore this out for cocktails and dancing with a girlfriend of mine.

I am very happy to report that I did not spill on this skirt.  I did, however, spill on my top. 

That’s a victory in my book.  If I wear white, it gets spilled on.  99.99% of the time.  Which is why I drink vodka tonics religiously.  Clear drink = no stains.

The Deets:
Top: H&M (I picked this up in NYC where I spent multiple hours in H&M.  We don’t have them here in Houston but they feel the need to advirtise and not sell online.  Lame)
Skirt: Walmart (there is a very light palm pattern on this skirt.  Its not showing up on the pics but thats why I love it)
Shoes: Charlotte Russe (these shoes are extremely comfy, despite how they look.  I danced my pants off in these)
Clutch: Thrifted from Scout in Omaha
Necklace: Thrifted from The Flying Worm in Omaha
Bracelets: 2 are inherited from my Granny, 1 I felt obligated to buy at some jewelry party I attended for the booze. and 1 I got at Claires I think.
Ring: inherited from my Granny (the pink one is my wedding ring)

I’ll be heading up north to Husbands hometown for the 4th of July.  Get excited people cuz I’ll prolly start wearing my hair down. 

Because MN is not located on the sun like Houston is.
