Dining Room Desire
I finally purchased the table of my dreams! I searched high and low to find it. Then I tried craigslist…. duh! Why didn’t I think of that first?! Well anyway, Tyler and I drove an hour in the driving rain to pick up this beautiful table. For only $250, it was worth it!
So I’ve painted the walls (pignoli by Martha Stewart for Valspar) I got my table and I got a beautiful hutch at a garage sale.
Now for some inspiration. I’m hoping to finish this dining room by Christmas…. so wish me luck!!
I love the rustic feel of this dining room. These are my dream dining chairs (but I can’t find any).
Of course, I’m going to have a Martha Stewart picture in here! Once again, love the chairs! I really want to do that mirror treatment on the wall too.
And no dining room inspiration post would be complete without the dining room from “Something’s Gotta Give” Love the slipcovered chairs. Love the built in. I think I might paint my hutch like that. We’ll see.
I love the photo treatment on the wall. I ESPECIALLY love the light fixture. I found one at home depot that is similar to this one. I hope it will be my Christmas present (Hint Hint Tyler!)
At $270 its not cheap but I can justify it with our other bargain purchases!
Hopefully I can complete our dining room in time for the holidays. We need the space for our huge family! I’ll post after pictures as soon as I get it all finished.
