Leather Boots and a Lace Skirt

Tights: no clue
Boots: JC Penny
These poor boots have seen better days.
They are so comfy I can’t bear to replace them.
The right boot has giant scratches from when I used to wear them on our motorcycle (sniff, I get tears just remembering that bike)
Also, this skirt is hard to wear.
I bought it on sale and was jazzed when I saw that Kendi wore it here. (years ago)
The problem with this little bugger is it has an elastic waist band.
Who does that to a perfectly nice lace skirt?
