Real Life Fairytale

Starting the year off right with a long over due outfit post.

My friend came to visit and I conned her into taking pics for me.

I wore this outfit on a warmer (mid 40s) day to Grand Central Station, The Chrysler Building and Central Park.

The Deets:
Cape: Gift from my MIL, Anthropologie
Sweater: Ross
Jeans: Charlotte Russe
Boots: Ross, tag says ‘Nicole’

I schlepped my ass all over the city in this outfit.

Be impressed.

I feel like some red riding hood type character.

If red riding hood wore a green cape and lived in a small apartment in Manhattan.

Which got me thinking about fairytales (following this effed up train of thought? good.)

and then I thought of this song.

Which I just so happen to listen to whilst bebopping all over this city.

See. It came full circle.

Also, this song is a more adult, and hilarious, take on the fairytale girls we were obsessed with as kids.
